This beautiful detached holiday villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing 'getaway from it all' break in Tenerife. To the back, front and side of the villa there are flowers, shrubs and tropical trees. No luxury villa would be complete without a private pool and this one is easily accessed from the lounge.

The lounge is furnished with a three seater leather settee and matching armchair and a dining table and chairs. There is also a sideboard and a bookcase containing a selection of books. French doors lead out to the swimming pool.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a full size oven & gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, and an iron & ironing board. Windows in the kitchen look out to the private pool.

The master bedroom contains a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a fan and there is an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a fan.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla's golfing clubhouse where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulness of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Features:

Lounge & Kitchen: The lounge is furnished with a three seater leather settee and matching armchair, a satellite television, video recorder, DVD player, Hi-Fi system, and a dining table and chairs. There is also a sideboard and a bookcase containing a selection of books. There are French doors which lead out to the swimming pool and villa grounds and an archway which leads to the kitchen.

The Bedrooms: The master bedroom contains a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a fan and there is an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a fan.

Bathroom: The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower, a wash basin, bidet and w.c. while in the second bathroom you will find a bath with shower, wash basin, w.c. and the washing machine.

Swimming Pools and Villa grounds: Sunbeds are provided for relaxing round the pool and there is also a barbeque, a clothes dryer and a table and chairs with a parasol. The villas garden areas contain tropical trees, shrubs and flowers.

Welcome Pack and Linen: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.

Caretakers: The caretakers, who look after this Villa and others on La Quinta, will be there to greet you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.

Location: 15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.
