One of our most popular villas – this luxury detached villa has stunning sea views across the fairways of the golf course. From the terrace you can dine “al fresco” whilst watching the evening sun disappear into the Altantic! Beautiful!
The Villa is very spacious, well decorated and has had a lot of recent refurbishment. The recent modernisation includes, a new and fresh kitchen, two new beautifully tiled bathrooms and new furniture throughout the villa.
The large lounge/dining room has 4 sets of French doors leading out to the rear terrace and swimming pool. The dining room table and chairs, the coffee table, TV unit, light fittings, curtains and leather sofas are all new.
There is a Stereo / CD player, TV, Video, and a new satellite TV system picking up BBC, ITV and CH4.
The well equipped kitchen has recently been refurbished and consists of a washing machine, built-in oven and fridge/freezer.
There are three bedrooms, one has a double and the other two have twins - one with ensuite shower room. There are lovely sea views from the 2nd bedroom. The Villa also has a safe.
From the Pool area the villa has lovely sea views over the fairway to the sea from. It is also reassuring that the pool area is not overlooked by any other property.
This villa is set within the La Quinta area of Amarilla Golf and Country Club, that is basically two streets lined with privately owned villas stretching down to the sea. Amarilla is a resort all in itself with a few quiet bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are all the required holiday facilities including nightly entertainment in the main square. The Spanish fishing village of Los Abrigos and it's famous fish restaurants is a 5 minute drive in one direction and 10 minutes the other way will bring you to Los Cristianos where you will find golden sandy beaches and the hustle and bustle of a major tourist resort.
Wherever you travel during your stay, most people are very happy to return to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.
Lounge/Dining Room & Kitchen: Furnished with a country style leather 3 seater settee, a 2 seater settee and matching armchair, the comfortable lounge also contains satellite t.v., (BBC, ITV and CH4), a video recorder, an upright fan, a portable fan, a dining table and chairs for six and a large sideboar. 4 sets of French Doors Leading out to Swimming Pool and Rear Terrace.
The large, fully-fitted kitchen includes a full-size oven with seperate hob, a microwave, a built-in fridge/freezer, a washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, electric juicer, an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. The window and door in the kitchen look out to the solar-heated swimming pool.
Bedrooms: The
master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a small
dresser with two chairs and an ensuite
shower room. The other two bedroom are both furnished with twin
beds, fitted wardrobes and small drssers. One of them also has
an upright fan and sea views from the window.
Bathrooms: The master bedroom has a large ensuite shower room
and there is a second bathroom which contains a bath with shower,
a wash basin, a bidet and a w.c.
Villa Grounds: There is a lovely private swimming pool equipped
with sunbeds, a rear terrace with a table, chairs and a parasol,
views over the Fairways to the sea, gardens with
tropical trees, shrubs and flowers and a clothes dryer.
Beverages/Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar,
milk, water.
Car Hire: A car is recommended
for this villa. Car
hire can be arranged.
