This lovely detached Tenerife villa with private pool has been really well maintained by the owners who have done their best to make it as comfortable as possible for your stay.Recent modernisation includes a new a bathroom and AIR CONDITIONING too!! The unique part of this villa is the size of the Swimming Pool which is big enough for genuine swimming – not just a splash!

	Alongside the pool there is a sheltered back terrace which has a pretty garden consisting of flowers, shrubs and tropical trees. Here you can sit and enjoy the lovely views over the fairways of the golf course to the sea.
	This is a very spacious villa to rent in Tenerife with a large lounge which looks out on to the swimming pool. It has an extremely well equipped kitchen, including a dining area to seat 6 people. The owners have included all those little homely touches to make you feel like your in your own house!
	The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for dining under the stars. In terms of it’s length, the Pool is probably the biggest in size out of all in the La Quinta area.
	From the pool area, in one direction you have views towards Mount Teide and in the other you look out over the golf course to the sea! A perfect combination!
	The Master Bedroom has a double bed and ensuite. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom. Both bathrooms have been newly refurbished and are fresh and sparkling!
	Plenty of sun beds are provided around the pool Sunbathing areas are to the left of the pool a at the bottom end and all around the terrace.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all of its own. Within walking distance there are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A few minutes stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants. The main resort centre Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away where there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Los Cristianos and Los Americas is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulness of La Quinta Villas and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Lounge and kitchen: In the lounge there are two settees, armchairs, a glass cabinet, a satellite TV including BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4, a mini Hi-Fi system, a ceiling fan and French doors which lead out to the swimming pool.

AIR CONDITIONING HAS JUST BEEN ADDED TO THIS VILLA!!!!

The kitchen is large and well equipped. It has a full size gas oven & hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker.

Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is also furnished with fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and an upright fan, while one of the other bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan and the other has a wardrobe, table and chairs, a ceiling fan, an upright fan and french doors leading to the swimming pool.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have been newly refurbished. The ensuite has a shower cubicle, a marble topped wash basin and a toilet while the other bathroom has a bath with shower, a wash basin, bidet and toilet.

Rear Terrace: The private swimming pool is on the rear terrace which also houses sunbeds, a table and chairs with parasol, a barbeque and a clothes dryer.

Beverages/Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water. Towels and linen change once a week.

Car Hire: A car is recommended for this Villa. Car hire can be arranged. Details provided upon booking.

Location: 15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.
