This beautiful luxury detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area. Being raised up slightly if offers lovely sea views from the Pool area and front terrace. The garden area consists of flowers, shrubs and tropical trees and the Pool has sunbeds, a patio table and chairs and a barbeque. The Pool can be heated for a small extra charge (Our online booking system will ask you if you want to pay this supplement).

The villa is very spacious with a large bright and airy lounge and kitchen, and has 3 sets of French doors leading out to the swimming pool. The lounge has two double settees, satellite television, video and a mini hi-fi system.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Both bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

The grounds of the villa inclde garden areas with tropical trees, shrubs and flowers, a private swimming pool, sunbeds, table and chairs with parasol, a barbeque, a clothes dryer and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

There is also a bathroom and a shower room. The villa also has a safe.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Features:

Lounge & Kitchen: The lounge is furnished with two double settees, satellite television, a video recorder, mini Hi-Fi system, a wall unit and a standing fan. Three French doors lead from the lounge to the swimming pool and terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size oven and hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a washing machine and a dining table and chairs. You will also find a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board in the kitchen.

The Bedrooms: One bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a portable fan. The other has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom: THe bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower, a wash basin and a w.c..

Swimming Pool and Villa Grounds: The grounds of the villa include garden areas with tropical trees, shrubs and flowers, a private swimming pool, sunbeds, table and chairs with parasol, a barbeque, a clothes dryer and views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Pool can be heated for a small extra charge.

Welcome Pack and Linen: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.

Caretakers: The caretakers, who look after this Villa and others on La Quinta, will be there to greet you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.

Location: 15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
