In terms of quality, this is amongst the highest of all our Tenerife Villas. With a recent 100,000 euros refurbishment the
owners have been meticulous in their redesign. Workmanship is to the highest
quality and no expense has been spared in the furnishings and decor.
Couple this with a brand new layout that has turned this Tenerife villa into a 4
bed 4 bath villa and you have something extremely unique. It's rare to find a Tenerife holiday villa to rent that has a bathroom per bedroom!
Situated in one of the most picturesque
and prestigious areas in Golf
Del Sur.
Being in it's own private community yet just a few hundred yards of the
resort centre, it offers the prefect combination of tranquility and entertainment.
Oh yes, and for those who like a treat, it's just yards away from an ice cream parlour selling some of the nicest natural ice cream you have ever tasted!!!
The spacious living room gives you plenty of space to
stretch out and relax. From here you look out through the
pato doors, over the garden to the sea. There are 3 gorgous
brown leather sofas: 2 x 3 seaters and 1 x 2 seater. The
32 inch TV has a unque satellite TV sytem picking up BBC1,
2, ITV and CH4.
Sleeping
up to 8 people, each of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.
This is the main upstairs bedroom which has a KING SIZE
bed, a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with bath
and shower.
It also has it's own balcony (see
above picture)
with lovely sea views which is a gorgeous spot to take
breakfast or just people watch as they wander by!!
Raised up and separate from the living room is the dining area. This looks out over the livng room to the garden and the sea. The table can be folded out to become even bgger and set lengthways if extra room is required.
From the dining area is this luxurious and extremely spacious kitchen, including a tall fridge freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and extractor fan. There is also a separate utility / storage area.
The villa has it's own completely priivate (surrounded
by hedges) perfect for lazing aways in the sunshine.
Half of the terrace is under the pergola which offers
shade
and
the
rest of the terrace / gardens has all day sunshine.
The villa is particularly child / baby friendly and the garden is totally enclosed. Adults can relax on their sunbed in the knowledge that their children can play in pirvacy and safety.
This is the larger part of the living room with beautiful chandelier style lighting.
The living room also has two multi-speed ceilings fans
operated through a remote switch on the wall.
A CD / Radio stereo system is supplied, as is a DVD player. Wireless internet can be provided at a small supplement.
This is the spacious back bedroom at the end of the
long corridor that stretches through the 2nd half of the
villa.

It has twn beds and an ensuite with bath and shower. t
is probably the biggest bathroom of them all!
Patio doors lead out to the back solarum.
San Miguel shares an exclusive pool area right on the
sea front which is literally the best in the area. Access
to it is by swipe card so only owners and their guests
can use to this priviledged area. You
can
be guaranteed
it will
be peaceful and quiet.
Set in beatifully landscaped gardens rght on the sea front
there is one huge pool and one small childrens one.

Enjoying one of the best locations in the area, when you’re sat in the garden its hard to believe that the resort centre is just a 2 minute walk around the corner!
In the Golf Del Sur resort centre you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!
A lovely sea front walk, past the complex swimming pool takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

Lounge & Kitchen: The living room is comfortable and immaculately furnished. There are 3 gorgeous leather sofas (1 x 3 seater, 2 x 2 seaters), coffee tables, 32 iinch TV (satellite TV with BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4), DVD player, Stereo CD player, 2 ceiling fans with multiple speeds, plenty of lighting. Patio doors open up to the the terrace and gardens.
The brand new kitchen is absolutely huge, and extremely well equipped. You'll find a full size oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a separate utility / storage area just off the kitchen under the stairs for extra storage.
The dining area is raised area above
the living room,the dining area has a large table and 8 chairs. The
table can be further extended so there is plenty of room for
8 people
to dine.
Bedrooms: Each bedroom has an it's own bathroom.
The master bedroom us upstairs and has a kingsize bed with
ensuite including bath and shower. When you wake up in the
morning you can lie in bed and gaze over the sea! What a way
to start your day! There is a walk-n wardrobe and a chest of
drawers. The balcony off the master bedroom has lovely sea
views.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have two twin beds, with wardrobes
and chests of drawers. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and
fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have shower rooms with a walk-in shower, WC
and basin. Bedroom 4 has an ensuite which also has a bath.
All bedrooms have their own ceiling fans.
Villa Grounds: There is a lovely front terrace and garden, completely prvate and surrounded by hedges. Partial sea views
Location: 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car).
Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, water, milk and sugar. Towels and linen change weekly.
